We want you to love your shower experience, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all Hello Klean products if you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location and ensure you keep a copy of your postage receipt.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
